Earning a living at sports betting, myth or possibility?
I know quite a lot about some sports and I have tried to bet on them but I failed miserably. Also, the real experts like former players and game analysts for example who have a tremendous amount of knowledge about a certain game, often end upon making terrible predictions about the outcome of a game. So, I wonder, are there fellow out there that can actually make a living betting on sports? If so, do they know more about a sport that gives them an edge? Do they use systems? In short, what do they do and know that other unsuccesful bettors don't?Sports betting seems pretty straightforward to me, but to make money at it consistantly and growing a bankroll sounds just impossible, or not?
How do I take the next step in increasing my profits from sports betting?
I have been betting on sports football for quite a while now and I am around 500 in profit from small stake betting. I pretty much can tell who is going to win each game and I have even more of an idea of what's going to happen whilst betting in play. The problem is the risk factor of betting higher stakes and I am asking for advice from people who are at this stage in betting. As some may have assumed, I am quite young 22. I have been betting since I was old enough and I have seen the highs and the lows. Overall I am around 500 in profit. I only bet on football as I know most teams in International level and from Spain, England, Italy etc like the back of my hand. I know the players' strengths and weaknesses, how they play, the likely formation against stronger or weaker teams, the likely starting 11 etc. I bet purely on analysing each game and place bets on the most likely outcome and not on the bookies favourites. Just yesterday I was betting in play on the game with Spain v. Portugal, and Spain were 2 1 at one point. I placed 50 and got 150 back. I think a bankroll management system will be the next step I take, whilst not betting on every game. I think Patsie makes the best point by picking your spots and using around 15 % of BR.I regulary cash out around 50 a week from 4 months ago hence why I am only up 500. BR management it is
Online sports betting question?
I funded $25 at a site called sports interaction because they seemed pretty good. Make a long story short I got really lucky after going all in after each bet in two days I won $546 in less then 30 hours. Point being is this a site that actually pays out its called sports interaction. I funded through the pre paid gift card thing. I read some where that some of these sites out there kick you out or give you a hard time if your winning and try to cash out. I have not tried to cash out yet but im going to cash out half of it. Any input on this would help. Thanks
